PMO Advisory Application

Apply for PMO Advisory & Governance Oversight

This is not a general inquiry. This is a Strategic Diagnostic.

At Dominate Ignite, we do not partner with every organization. Our PMO Advisory is reserved for leaders who recognize that their current growth has outpaced their internal infrastructure. Whether you are preparing for a SOC 2 audit, scaling a multi-location brand, or hardening HIPAA compliance, this intake process identifies your Governance Gap before our first conversation.

The Assessment Process

To maintain our standard of operational excellence, we require a high-level overview of your current “Source of Truth.” This allows our architects to review your systems before we meet.

  • Step 1: Operational Baseline
We identify your current “Maturity Level.” Are you founder-led, agency-dependent, or an enterprise-grade entity facing new regulatory scrutiny?
  • Step 2: The Governance Gap Analysis
We look at your documentation, vendor accountability, and data handling protocols. This helps us determine if you need DIY Blueprints or Full Managed Oversight.
  • Step 3: Strategic Alignment
If your infrastructure meets our criteria for an Advisory partnership, you will be invited to a PMO Architecture Session to map out your 12-month road map.

What Happens After You Apply

  • Manual Review: Our lead architects review your submission against our Operational Maturity Model.
  • The Verdict:
    • Qualified Leads: You will receive a link to schedule a 30-minute Architecture Session.
    • Developing Leads: If you aren’t ready for full advisory, we will provide a custom recommendation for the DIY PMO Blueprints that best fit your gap.
  • Preparation: Before our call, you will receive our PMO Readiness Checklist to help you gather the necessary documentation.
